Errol is the award-winning AI and technology expert who has successfully built several large companies' ability to deliver value with AI. He has worked as an advisor to several start-ups and large companies in Europe & Russia. In addition, he advised on how to best use and scale AI in organizations. Before working as an advisor, Errol worked as a lead data scientist for the Vodafone group. He was part of building up the international AI team, which today consists of over 500 people.
He has also worked for H&M and began his career at Nordea bank, where he helped build the fraud and anti-money laundering department. With his background in risk and security, he has deep knowledge of using and extracting value from data both ethically and responsibly

Kirsi serves as Chief Information Officer at Citycon, the leading owner, manager and developer of 33 mixed-use centers for urban living in the Nordics and Baltics. Today she leads the business technology, sustainability, business process improvement, operations development and HR teams. She is a passionate leading-by-data enthusiast, being a true “well at work” advocate and gets excited when talking about sustainable property management and development.
Kirsi has +10 years of experience in the real estate industry and has also worked in the big4 professional accounting and consulting services network for almost a decade.
