Errol is the award-winning AI and technology expert who has successfully built several large companies' ability to deliver value with AI. He has worked as an advisor to several start-ups and large companies in Europe & Russia. In addition, he advised on how to best use and scale AI in organizations. Before working as an advisor, Errol worked as a lead data scientist for the Vodafone group. He was part of building up the international AI team, which today consists of over 500 people.
He has also worked for H&M and began his career at Nordea bank, where he helped build the fraud and anti-money laundering department. With his background in risk and security, he has deep knowledge of using and extracting value from data both ethically and responsibly

Henrik is the co-founder and chairman of an open source cross industry concept called: Technology Sustainability index (TSi). A concept that helps bring sustainability into procurement decision processes on technology and in a simple way bring sustainability considerations to the CIO. He is also the Head of IT Procurement at Rambøll.
Henrik has a history as Head of IT/Tech Procurement in Maersk for more than a decade, and prior to this working in SAP Consulting for 14 years.
MATT BAKER

Matt Baker is Dell Technologies’ Senior Vice President of AI Strategy. Working closely with the Chief AI Officer, Matt partners across the company to understand domain-specific use cases, building, define and standardize future architectures, and integrate AI across the product portfolio.
Matt is an 18-year Dell Technologies veteran. In addition to leading the Corporate Strategy Office for two years, he drove the company’s Infrastructure Solutions Group strategy team for ten. He has also directed the strategy behind Dell Technologies’ Storage business and held a variety of product management responsibilities. Prior to joining Dell in 2005, Matt held a number of diverse roles at Intel Corporation over a 10-year span.

Kimmo is the Chief Information and Sustainability Officer of Transmeri Group, a Finnish family-owned company with almost 100 years of history. Kimmo has a long and diverse international background in various IT positions in North America and Central Europe. In the last five years, he has expanded his professional competence in sustainability and has been responsible for developing Transmeri Group’s sustainability program, which covers environmental, social and governance (ESG) aspects.

Samuli leads digital transformation topics at DB Schenker in Europe, with over 20 years of experience in IT and logistics. He has a background applying various advanced technologies to modernize the logistics operations. He studied at Helsinki School of Economics and Aalto University and has worked in different operational and IT leadership roles since 2003.
Samuli is the Chairman of the Digitalization Group for Finnish Service Sector Employers (Palta).
MIKKO SUOMINEN
HEAD OF OPERATIONS IT SHARED SOLUTIONS | STORA ENSO (FI)
Mikko is an energetic leader with 20 years of experience in developing and delivering complex products and solutions for Cloud, Edge, IoT and 4G/5G Telecom Core (worked 16+ years at Ericsson). He has worked over 2 years at Stora Enso and currently he is leading the Operations IT Shared Solutions, where his product development background has been combined with Sustainability, Data-driven mindset and Industry 4.0 (or even 5.0).
Mikko is a big fan of lean and agile ways of working. Due to his hands-on experience, he knows that the key to success with any solution is the active collaboration with people, on different levels.
KIMMO KAUHANEN
HEAD OF SUPERVISION TECHNOLOGIES DIVISION | FINANCIAL SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY (FI)
Kimmo is currenlty working as head of the FIN-FSA’s Supervision Technologies division. Kauhanen has solid experience in the digitalisation of critical processes and functions. He has worked in both the private and public sectors, and in both cases as both as a purchaser and as a producer of services. He has eraned his stripes working for a multiple of the world’s leading companies in telecom and consulting like Nokia and Capgemini Finland.
His current approach to digital transformation and strategy is based on five key elements: Customer, Competition, Innovation, Value, and Data, which are the key elements in the transformation.
JAN MICKOS
MANAGED SERVICES DIRECTOR | NIXU, DNV COMPANY (FI)
Jan as an extensive background in Information Security, Business Consulting, Enterprise Architecture and Software Development. He joined Nixu in September 2021 to lead Nixu’s Managed Services, responsible for delivering and developing Nixu’s technology-based managed cybersecurity services and accountable for partner management. With Nixu becoming part of the new DNV Cyber organization in 2024, Jan has taken on the role of Managed Services Director.
Before joining Nixu, Jan worked at the global IT service company CGI for about 20 years, holding multiple leadership positions, the latest as VP Cyber Security, heading Cyber Security Practice at CGI in Finland and the Baltics.

Ilkka is an experienced business transformation consultant. He is skilled in digital strategy, digital transformation, enterprise IT strategy, IT management, and program management.
He is a strong consulting professional with a Masters degree in Technology and post graduate studies in Economy, Management and Social Psychology.
Ilkka works now at Midagon as a Director of Business Strategy and Architecture Transformation; with focus on customers' core system projects, M&A projects, ICT transformations and major architecture changes.

Mikael is a business executive that has worked in the ICT field for 28 years, helping companies with business technology, digital transformation, strategy and mode of operation development (IT, digital product, service as well as development model), sourcing especially IT and outsourcing.
Mikael has experience from several different industries, e.g. media, bank, wholesale and telecom. He has also managed IT consulting in Denmark and Sweden. Today, Mikael works as Oriola's Chief Digital Officer and a member of the management team.

Before that she has had a long career in several international and domestic sales management positions in the technology sector. His professional journey began in the Israeli military intelligence, where he ascended to the rank of Lieutenant and served as the deputy head of a special ops technology department, laying the groundwork for his future endeavors. Following his military service, Omer made significant contributions to several renowned companies in the cybersecurity field, including Check Point, Radware, and Imperva Incapsula, and played a pivotal role in startups that achieved notable success, including one that was acquired by Microsoft.
