Torbjørn leads Equinor’s digital centre of excellence and the execution of a company-wide digital roadmap. Torbjørn has worked for Equinor since 2008. His previous positions include Vice president for operational analytics, advisor to Equinor’s president & CEO, and various leadership positions within procurement and supply chain management. Before joining Equinor, Torbjørn worked as a management consultant at Deloitte Consulting.
Torbjørn holds an MSc in Industrial economics and technology management from the Norwegian university of science and technology (NTNU) as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from ESADE Business School in Spain and Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business in the US.

Jörgen is an experienced change leader with both depth and width. Coming from executive roles in IS/IT and Program/Portfolio Management he has experience from a wide range of industries such as automotive, med-tech and e-tail/retail.
Specialties: Leadership, Change Management, Business and process development, Program and Portfolio Management, IS/IT, e-commerce and omni-channel sales, global ERP projects, long distance running, exploring ship wrecks at 40 meters below sea level and making the meanest ribs you ever tasted.

Markku's responsibilities cover multifaceted business development with leading customers and a special focus on Google Cloud partnership with a close relationship with Google.
Prior to Codento, Markku worked for 15 years at Microsoft both in Finland and Western Europe Area HQ and at Oracle for 15 years in Finland and in the US. At Microsoft, he managed the largest business segment and partner ecosystem in Finland, and in WE he was leading a market transformation and a business model change to public cloud for the key Nordic data center service providers
TED Schönbeck
HEAD OF CLOUD TECHNOLOGY & NORDIC CTO | GOOGLE (SE)
Ted is Head of Cloud Technology for Google Cloud in Sweden – he has +20 years experience of working in IT at among others IBM, Dell, VMware and Red Hat. He is a passionate open source, cloud, digital transformation and AI-evangelist and a frequent speaker at events.
He recently added also Nordic CTO responsabilities to his duties at Google. In this new role, he will focus on evangelizing and driving the adoption of AI and cloud computing across the Nordic market.

Maria is CIO of City of Tampere. In her role Maria wants to realise the benefits of using data to provide better services to residents of Tampere.
Before joining in Tampere, Maria worked as a head of Finnish government Digitalization unit of Ministry of Finance and a vice chairman of the board of Erillisverkot Oy, wholly state-owned special-purpose company providing critical leadership society services. With her wide experience about public digital services Maria has an idea what it takes to make digital transformation happen.

Vesa is the CIO at the Ministry of Finance of Finland. His work history covers strategy, development projects and financing in the field of digitalization of government services. He has several years of experience of cross-departmental development and building of teams.
Leyla Akgez-Laakso

Leyla is responsible for the IT, Data and Cybersecurity functions of 20 airports in Finland. As Finavia is all about smooth traveling, also the supporting functions need to embody that. Leyla leads a combined team of professionals and IT vendors to ensure the IT infra and applications needed in passenger processing, turnaround and airport management processes. Before Finavia, Leyla has worked on transforming IT and data strategies and teams in different industries, from manufacturing to banking.

Petteri Naulapää is the CIO & SVP, ICT and Digitalization for Posti Group. He is responsible for leading the digitalization and information technology (IT) of Posti supporting the strategy and transformation of the company. Petteri has worked in multiple companies in different industries driving transformation and major technology and operational model changes. Prior to joining Posti, he worked as CIO for a leading Nordic retail company and as CIO for a global high-tech company. Before that he held various sales and business leadership roles in software industry and consulting.
Mikael Franzen

Mikael is the CIO for the Swedish state-owned gambling company Svenska Spel. Mikael has been working in tech for over 20 years. He was one of the front figures when Svenska Spel was one of the first betting companies in the world to enable gambling online in 1999. Mikael is often described as a storyteller and his leadership style is built on trust, honesty, and teamwork.
In his role as a CIO he has pushed Svenska Spel to be a frontrunner in digital maturity in a complex landscape involving 10 million transactions per day.

Hanna started as the Managing Director at Fujitsu Finland in January 2022. She has 15 years of international experience in several industries. Before joining Fujitsu, she held leading positions in Google Sales and Digital Transformation in Europe.

Miika is a senior scientist (D.Sc., Docent) with a background in biomedical engineering, neuroscience and data science. In his current position he leads and consults R&D initiatives at the border between medicine and data science related to clinical real-world data (big data), advanced analytics and next-generation data infrastructure.

Niko Tarjasalo, 46 years old with +20 years of experience in the IT and telecom sector of which the last 15 years as CEO. The first part of my career I worked for Tech Data (TD Synnex). Now for the last 9 years I have headed SFG group (mother company to Line Carrier), a 20 year old, agile and fast growing telecommunication services provider group. Line Carrier is an MVNE operator in the Finnish market servicing over 700 enterprises, SMB’s and public institutions. Our mission is to create opportunities that allow our business customers to provide the best possible service for their customers.

Ilkka von Schulman is a seasoned IT management professional and management consultant with over 30 years of professional experience. He is a known IT management advisor and transformation leader, helping in business critical changes. Knowing the IT market vendors, technologies and innovations, Ilkka loves merging and matching business and IT capabilities. He currently leads the Strategy and Architecture Business Area at Midagon.

Amir is one of the Nordic torchbearers for OT security. As the Sales Director for the Nordic region at TXOne Networks and earlier OT Business Development Executive at Fortinet, he has held a vantage point in the constantly evolving field of OT security for several years. Amir’s presentation in the Nordic CIO 2022 is titled Perfect Storm for OT Security. Amir lives in Oslo with his family and has a passion for parachuting in the summer time.

Maija is the Global Head of Analytics at KONE, the global leader in the elevator and escalator industry and provider of innovative digital and People Flow® solutions. She leads analytics capability development across KONE to drive the utilization of data for even better performance.
Maija has extensive international experience in the areas of data, analytics and strategy across consulting, start-ups and large multinationals in both B2C and B2B sectors. She holds M.Sc. degree in applied mathematics, strategy and international business and MBA from the University of Cambridge.
In her spare time Maija is an avid athlete and has represented Finland in the World Championships in Ironman triathlon and cycling and in the Youth Olympics in alpine skiing.
